Bob recently sold our home in Belmont, and we can't say enough about how happy we are that he was our realtor. Our relationship started over a year ago when we first considered selling/moving. We sought Bob's advice after reading his blog and being so impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market. Bob was very generous with his time and expertise, even though we were just inquiring at the time. Over the past year, as we went through our decision-making process, Bob was there every step of the way. He even made trips up to El Dorado and Placer Counties to help us look at new homes in our prospective relocation areas. Long-story-short, once we decided to take the plunge, Bob got us a great price on our house in Belmont, and was also our buyer's agent for our new house in El Dorado Hills.
