Town is the epicenter for downtown San Carlos. Filled Sunday though Wednesday, packed Thursday – Saturday. There are some great restaurants in downtown San Carlos, however, Town seems to be the glue holding it all together. Give credit where credit is due, the ownership of Town took a risk putting in A Tavola (Formerly in the place of Town) on Laurel when Laurel Street was not nearly what it is today. A Tavola was built and as the demographics of San Carlos changed, so did the restaurant. After the major remodel Town was built and has been the beacon of Laurel Street ever since.
