Bob recently sold our home in Belmont, and we can't say enough about how happy we are that he was our realtor. Our relationship started over a year ago when we first considered selling/moving. We sought Bob's advice after reading his blog and being so impressed with his knowledge of the real estate market. Bob was very generous with his time and expertise, even though we were just inquiring at the time.

Over the past year, as we went through our decision-making process, Bob was there every step of the way. He even made trips up to El Dorado and Placer Counties to help us look at new homes in our prospective relocation areas. Long-story-short, once we decided to take the plunge, Bob got us a great price on our house in Belmont, and was also our buyer's agent for our new house in El Dorado Hills. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism, his patience, and for the friendship we have developed along the way.

We have bought and sold six homes in different parts of the country so have had many realtor experiences. Bob tops the list! He is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and not one to overreact in an over-reactive market. We found Bob based on many recommendations of SC residents and he really is the San Carlos expert but also has a very good handle on surrounding towns. Without his San Carlos market connections we would not have found our dream home in 1 week! Though our search was short we did have some issues pop up during escrow and we were very happy with Bob's firm but calm handling of the difficult situation and glad for his experience as an attorney; in that we had to draw and re-draw up addendums to our contract. I really feel like Bob had our best interest in mind and would use him again but hopefully we won't need to.

No complaints on any front. Bob not only knows the local market but really understands the community. He promptly made great recommendations for everyone I needed to work with from mortgage brokers to handymen, to electricians and landscapers. No question was considered too trivial. Went to Bob initially out of his support for San Carlos Educational Foundation. Appreciated that he followed through on his support for SCEF all the way.

I was very impressed with Bob's knowledge of San Carlos, with regards to new listings, valuations, school systems, development activities, etc. He was quick to assess what my needs were, and only notified me of properties he felt I'd be interested in. His response time on phone and email queries was never more than a few minutes, and was always available to show properties with little advanced notice. Unlike other agents I've dealt with, Bob was straightforward and unassuming. He's very knowledgeable, more than happy to educate, and communicates well (for example, he did a great job explaining what would be involved in an estate sale). During the negotiation phase, he presented the facts along with his candid assessment.
