We worked with Bob to purchase our house in San Carlos and overall the experience was really great. It's clear that Bob has a ton of knowledge about San Carlos and the surrounding area, and was able to give us a ton of great info about the neighborhoods, schools, and basically anything we wanted to know. On the actual offer, Bob was really fair and honest and even double checked that we knew what we wanted. While in contract, he was always available, helped us with any questions/concerns we had and made sure the bank was on track. And even after closing when Bob doesn't need to be helping us anymore, he's still helping out with questions we have and helping us get set up with our new home. He's gone above and beyond what we hoped for. He was always so quick to respond and available at all times and days which is a great quality to have in a realtor. I highly recommend working with him.
