Bob provided us daily updates


This is a long overdue review for Bob. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in the mid peninsula area, specially in San Carlos, Belmont and Redwood city.  Bob is your guy!  He is honest, reliable, dependable, and very knowledgeable with local market. In addition, he is patient and very easy to work with.

I came to know Bob through his  After following him on his blogs for 4 month in 2010, we felt he would be the one who could help us find our first house in San Carlos.  We were absolutely right. As a buyers agent, Bob is not pushing at all, instead he will let you know at what price you should stop during the multiple offers situation. In the end, he found us a house on the hill with gorgeous view and top schools we wanted.  Not only that, the house had many potentials and it was sold off the market to us with unbelievable below market price.

Six years later, when we were ready to move on, we chose Bob to be our agent without any doubt.  This time, we met Bob on 4/25. He gave us his professional view of the real state market at the time and what we could do to improve the resale value.  In the following 2 weeks, he got us two landscaping bids.  Although the quotes were a little more than we originally anticipated, we put our trust on him.  We were so glad we did, because it completed transformed the house.  On 06/11, we told Bob we were ready to finally put the house on the market.  I thought we would have open house the weekend before July 4th, but Bob told us we could do it in 6 days.  I have to say Bob has an amazing team.  His designer came over on 06/13, and within hours, I received her staging proposal and she came over again two days later to make sure everything was ready for the open house.  His photographer took such nice photos that we couldn’t even believe that was our house. The house was on the redfin hot list and received over 500 viewers the first day on the market.  From 06/18 until 06/23, Bob provided us daily updates on how many people showed up during the open house, number of interested parties and offers coming in… 6 days later, on 06/23, the house was off the market.

  • MON June13: Meet with interior designer
  • WEDS June 15: Termite and Property Inspections
  • WEDS June 15: interior designer returns and check on instructions and accessorize misc items
  • THUR June 16 : Photography, Window and house cleaning
  • FRI June 17 : House was on the market
  • SAT & SUN June 18/19 : Open House
  • TUE June 21 9:00-4:00:  Broker tour
  • THUR June 23: House was off the market.

Today, 7/25, we closed the escrow.  We can’t thank enough to Bob and his team for their dedicated work.  Buying and selling a house could be very stressful, but with Bob and his team, the process is very easy and smooth, I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a realtor that you can trust.
