Like many frustrated potential buyers, we had been looking for a house in San Carlos for nearly a year. We had tried a couple of different agents and were emphatically referred to Bob by a friend. Less than a week after telling Bob we were interested in working with him, we were under contract on an "off market" house. To say Bob exceeded our expectations would be a serious understatement. We tend to be overly involved in the negotiation and transaction process (usually with cause), but we completely trusted his advice and recommendations throughout the closing process. His knowledge, experience and demeanor truly distinguish Bob from many other agents. We honestly would not consider using another agent when buying or selling a house on the Peninsula.
