While there are many very good agents serving the mid-peninsula area, few have the ability to navigate the transaction from the perspective of an attorney and as an experienced, high-producing realtor.  I have seen how deals break down and end up as a file on an attorney's desk. As your realtor, I will help you avoid the common pitfalls associated with disclosure issues, contract problems and a difficult agent or party on the other side of your prospective transaction. 

            For sellers, I will maximize your home's exposure by using cutting edge technology such as web commercials, private address domains and virtual tours.  I will also use the more traditional methods of marketing such as internet sites and print ads.  All print ads and mailers will be professionally designed by some of the best designers in the industry. Rest assured, I will use all means necessary to aggressively market your home.....entirely at my expense. 

           For buyers, I will take the time to educate you on the market, and answer all of your questions before we start to search for your new home. Once we have identified a home that you would like to pursue, I will start a very aggressive negotiation strategy that will allow you to obtain your new home at the lowest price and under the best terms.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a seasoned attorney at Bredel, Sayar & Czarkowski LLP, in Los Altos, California.  I founded the firm in 2001 after leaving Palo Alto’s Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.  Attention to detail, unparalleled negotiation skills, and a commitment to maximizing my clients' interests are all valuable skills which I have transitioned into my practice as a real estate agent.
